? What if I do not get contacted after the auction?
Our system is automated and we do send responses to the email of record with our auction site. If you have multiple email accounts, remember to look in the account that is registered with eBay. If you do not receive a "Payment Instructions" e-mail from us within 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible!

? How fast after my payment is received will my package be shipped?
You will receive an Email notification from us once your full payment has been received. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of your notice. Our company is closed on Saturday and Sunday and therefore we do not process on these days. If you pay for an item on Friday afternoon thru Sunday, we try to make a point of getting your package shipped by Tuesday Morning. If you require special needs beyond this timing, we suggest you email us. We will do what we can to help.
